Your skin is the largest organ of your body, and it’s impossible to ignore it. The biggest wish of many is to overcome dry, flaky skin, which comes from failing to moisturize, excessive sun or tanning, or simply age. There are expensive cosmetic treatments and a whole aisle in the grocery stores on anti-aging and moisturizing skin care, all promising to firm your skin and make you look more youthful. But instead of spending an exorbitant amount of money and time smearing chemicals on your body, why not go the all-natural route? Organic skin care products are becoming more and more popular each day and for good reason.
Your skin absorbs whatever you put on it into your body. The soap you use in the shower, the body lotion your slather on, the moisturizer on your face, the makeup remover you use; all of it is absorbed into your body, and you want to be the healthiest you can be. You don’t want chemicals and preservatives soaking into your body, you want what nature intended. That is what organic skin care products can deliver.
Made with only organic ingredients that mother natures provides for us, the products will never have mineral oils, synthetic preservatives, artificial colors and fragrances, GMO (genetically modified organisms) botanical sources or otherwise inferior or harmful substances. These products that are not made with organic products, over time, can actually do more harm then good to your skin. The chemicals weaken your skin, causing dryness and sensitivities, as well as many other problems, all of which may well affect your health and accelerate the aging process, which is the very thing you are trying to avoid. Some of the “bad” chemicals that are put into non-organic products are Mercury, Dioxane, Nitrosamines, DEA, Ammonium Laureth Sulfate, Alcohol, Isopropyl (SD-40) and Polyethylene Glycol. These chemicals are absorbed through the skin and then spread through your body, which can cause damage to organs.
Contrary to popular belief; “organic” and “natural” is not the same thing. Many people assume that if their skin care product says natural then it is 100% percent natural. This is not true. Products labeled “natural” often use synthetic preservatives and other un-natural chemical ingredients along with plant ingredients.
Organic skin care products are made with ingredients grown without any synthetic chemicals, sewage sludge or GMOs (genetically modified organisms). Organic products typically do not contain synthetic ingredients because you can not certify a synthetic as organic.
Once you know what to look for in a product it makes buying easier. You might pay a little bit more for an organic skin care product because the costs are usually higher to ensure the quality that you deserve. But the few extra dollars that you will pay for organic skin care products is worth it in the long run. Your health equals your quality of life and we all want a high quality of life, don’t we?
We have only one body – it makes sense to care for it wisely.
How would you like to stop paying for overpriced meals in restaurants? How would you like the ability to create all of those delicious “top secret restaurant recipes at home”?
Take, for example, Pizza Hut. In my opinion, you just can’t buy pizza sauce like theirs. It is one of a kind, and is a big part of what makes their pizza just so delicious. I’ll admit it, I’m a sucker for pizza hut. I’ve spent more then I’d care to admit there over the course of the past few years.
So when money got tighter, pizza hut’s prices started to bother me more and more. All I could think about was how much cheaper it would be for us to make our own pizza. Unfortunately we didn’t have the secret recipes!
We started searching on the web, and quickly found out that there is actually a pretty big group of people out there that like posting what they call “copycat recipes”. Essentially what this is, is people taking their best guess at how to make famous food, and sharing their recipes.
I was super excited to find pizza hut’s sauce on one of the lists. Unfortunately the more I looked, the more recipes I found. Tons and tons of different recipes, all for the same pizza sauce!
I was about to give up, when a friend told me about this secret cookbook that supposedly contained a heap full of the recipes used in the actual famous and popular restaurants. I reluctantly picked up a copy and gave it a try.
The result was a resounding success! Before the week was up, I had cooked several dishes that matched their restaurant counterparts. What a fantastic way to eat at home and save money!

That means every aspect of the bodies we now occupy while on this Earth was in the original plan. So, for millennia, we’ve had to put up with pain when the designer could have left out the pain receptors placed all over our bodies or installed a painkiller chemical dispensation system. We got adrenaline to increase the body’s performance. It would have been just as easy to give us something to calm down the pain. Would something as simple as an off-switch be too much to ask for?
So what’s pain for? Well, it’s a basic survival tool. Unlike a few insects that have eyes with all-round vision, we can easily be taken by surprise. As primates, we had a habit of walking through thick grasses and stepping on sharp objects or sleeping snakes. We were also prone to losing concentration at key moments and falling out of our trees. In our modern lives, we have surrounded ourselves with dangerous machinery. The price of not paying attention is injury. We’ve always been accidents waiting to happen. In this, it’s pain that gives us the first warning signals if we’re in trouble. More importantly, it tells us where the problem is and what kind of injury we’re likely to have picked up.
Now you might say this is good so far as it goes, but why can’t we switch it off when we’ve seen a doctor and got the treatment? The answer is simple. You and the doctor need to monitor the pain. If it starts to get worse, the treatment needs to change. It’s the same if the pain starts to spread. If you have switched off the pain, there’s no way you would know something different is needed. More to the point, if you switch off pain because you hurt your leg and then pick up a pan that’s too hot, do you have to wait to smell the cooking flesh? All the rest of your body needs the pain reflexes to be working, otherwise you might accidentally injure yourself and make everything worse.
So let’s be clear. There are no drugs in development that will switch off pain. Actually, no one is trying very hard to develop such a drug. Pain is too useful to want to switch it off altogether. In chronic cases where the pain in an inflamed joint is making life a misery, there’s a legitimate case to be made for a selective pill to turn off the pain receptors at a specific location. But no one has any idea how that would be done. All doctors can do is treat the joint itself and hope the pain will reduce naturally.
This is all building up to a message you don’t want to hear. We’re an overmedicated nation. More people die through the abuse of prescription drugs than of heart attacks. This habit is literally killing us. We should accept more pain in our lives and do without pills. If you find this unbearable, Tramadol is the strongest drug you should take. Equally important, don’t use Tramadol over long periods of time. This builds up tolerance, forcing a move to the opiates where the risk of dependence is more real.
Carotenoids are a highly colored group of fat-soluble plant pigments. All have antioxidant properties and some are converted into vitamin A. The most well known that is converted into vitamin A is beta-carotene, it acts as an antioxidant and an immune system booster.
Be careful when supplementing with beta-carotene, make sure your multivitamin is using the natural and not the synthetic form of it, studies have shown that the natural form has antioxidant activity that the synthetic form lacks. Most store bought or cheap vitamins will contain the synthetic form. Experimental studies have found that a diet high in intake of caronoids offers some protection against developing certain cancers such as; lung, skin, uterine, cervix, and stomach. Also they have been shown to offer protection against developing macular degeneration, cataracts and other diseases linked to free radical damage.
They may need to be taken with vitamin C and vitamin E to realize all of their benefits. Lutein is the primary carotenoid that is found in the center of the retina called the macula, it appears to help offer protection from age-related macular degeneration which is the leading cause of blindness in the elderly. Lutein may have other significant health benefits due to its high antioxidant effects. Lycopene has shown potential to protect cholesterol against oxidative damage caused by free radical damage.
One famous study showed that men who had the highest amounts of lycopene in their diet showed a decreased risk of developing prostate cancer. This study suggest that lycopene could be important in the prevention of prostate cancer. I hope you see the importance of your multivitamin having these three important carotenoids in its ingredients.

Erectile dysfunction, commonly referred to as male impotence, is a rather widespread condition and despite the common belief is not about the process of aging. Sure, it is observed in older men far more often than in younger people, yet there are many men in their 30′s and 40′s who deal with this issue as well. Erectile dysfunction is all about health and it wouldn’t be an understatement to say that sexual potency is a very sensitive indicator of the patient’s health. If the person is healthy then he is very likely to maintain good erections well into the later stages of life. But if there are serious problems present the risk is high that erectile dysfunction will take place. So the most logic solution for preventing erectile dysfunction would be maintaining a good health condition. But how do you do that?
Most of you will probably suggest taking different medications since there are so many drugs out there on the market for treating various health conditions that the overall life expectancy keeps on increasing year after year. Yet, what’s good for one aspect of your health may be not as good for another. There are many cases of erectile dysfunction being caused by medication side effects. So by improving own health through taking medicine you may actually cause erectile dysfunction to occur.
A real solution for maintaining a good health and ultimately preventing erectile dysfunction is regular physical activity. There are different benefits to regular exercising and although they might look a bit unconnected to erectile function at first, by taking a closer look you will surely understand why it is so important to stay physically active all the time if you don’t want to end up relying on Cialis every time you want to have sex.
Erectile dysfunction is usually caused by physiological problems that affect blood circulation all over the body, including the penile area. Conditions like diabetes, hypertension, obesity, smoking, various types of cancer, hormonal imbalance, alcohol abuse and many others are known to seriously deteriorate blood vessels. And when the blood circulation is not very good proper erections cannot be achieved since there’s less blood flowing into the penis when needed. By taking drugs like Cialis you gain increase in blood flow upon excitement and that’s why these drugs are so effective.
But why not improving your blood circulation without the help of medications? By exercising for at least 30 minutes 3-5 times per week you can effectively reduce the risk of the majority of health conditions that are known to cause ED and significantly improve the tone of your cardiovascular system. Sure, it may take you a lot longer to achieve any suitable results especially if you weren’t as physically active earlier. But once you start doing it the results will keep on getting better and better. And it doesn’t really matter what type of exercises you choose. The main idea is to keep your body in tone through regular physical activity, which can save you from needing Cialis at later stages of your life.
